What should I include in a travel question?
Send the destination or page link, your intended dates and the detail you need. If you are asking about a stay or tour, include dates and guest count. Avoid sending identity documents, payment-card details or private passwords.
Does an enquiry reserve a room or tour?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation. Availability, price, inclusions and cancellation terms need to be agreed in writing before an arrangement is confirmed. The enquiry form takes no payment.
Can I list my property or travel service?
Our first stays and tours collection focuses on Koraput district, Odisha. Email your business name, category, location, contact details and a description of what you offer. Listing is reviewed manually; sending details does not automatically publish a property or promise bookings.
How do I request a correction, refund or account deletion?
Email the relevant page link or Routeyst reference and explain the request. For account requests, use your signed-in Google email when possible. Cancellation and refund eligibility follows the agreed arrangement and applicable rights. We never need your Google password, banking password or OTP.
